Refund and Cancellation

Effective Date: 30 August 2025

At Peter A. Casaceli Coaching & Consulting, we value transparency and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.

1. One-to-One Coaching & Consulting Sessions

• You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no session has taken place.
• After the first session has occurred, refunds are no longer available.
• If you are unable to continue, unused sessions may be transferred to another person with prior written agreement.
• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

2. Workshops, Courses & Online Programs

• Cancellations made 7 days before the start date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may receive a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.
• Once a program, course, or workshop has been fully delivered, no refunds will apply.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in special circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) at the discretion of Peter A. Casaceli Coaching & Consulting. Supporting documentation may be required.
