1. Services
Peter A. Casaceli Coaching & Consulting provides coaching, mentoring, consulting, workshops, and online programmes for professional and personal development. Coaching is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

2. Payments
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise noted. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store card details.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund. Please also see our Refund Policy.

4. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is available on this website. Once services have begun or programmes have been delivered, refunds may not be available.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials and resources provided, including digital downloads, course content, and session recordings, remain the property of Peter A. Casaceli Coaching & Consulting. You must not copy, share, or distribute them without written permission.

6. Liability
Results from coaching cannot be guaranteed as they depend on individual effort and circumstances. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses that may arise from the use of our services.

7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Site by attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are not followed.

8. Privacy
Personal information is collected and managed in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the use of your data as described in that policy.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with the effective date.
